- All entries must be submitted by 5pm, Monday 30 August.
- All Entries should be uploaded onto the appropriate widgets, and in MP3 format.
- There is no entry fee required.
- Be sure to fill in the entry form in its entirety so that we have your details.
- There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
- The winner will be notified by e-mail within soon after entries close.
- The winning remix shall be included on The Black Seeds ‘Specials’ LP and the winning artist (s) shall receive a %40 share of profits generated from the use of the winning remix.
- All rights, title, and interest in both the ''Artist Content'' provided for download by The Black Seeds, and the remix content created using this material shall be the property of The Black Seeds, as per the conditions contained in the license agreement (see in the ‘download stems’ section of the widgets. Please read these before downloading or entering this competition!)
- The number of votes received will be taken into consideration, however, the final winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of The Black Seeds, with the help of their fans.
- All entries must be original, of entrant's own creation. An entry may not violate the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any other parties.
